Dear Sir,
All the days along, we always knew there would come a day when we had to
go, to write our futures, to seek further compulsions and to reap a life based
on the foundation you so handsomely laid. This day would rather have come two
years back, but some momentary forces held us for two more years to learn - not
only what you taught – but the things that can never be learnt but imbibed -
values. The small little talks, the randomly said words, the speeches that you
made, always contained a treasure full of wisdom enough to sustain a good life,
if given a thought. Not only the infectious smile that you bear but also the
charm you possess is something anyone who’d been with you would be envious of.
It is only a rare amalgamation in a person that he can be effective yet
humorous both at once. With the sheer will, energy, positivity, determination
and - what you do best – hard work, every dream you dream for; May that dreams
become something you count in your proud achievements. Besides that, the place
that you have engraved in the hearts of many futures is something not many can
achieve in their lives. Success, money, adulation, achievements has not won
over your kindness and gentleness; it still remains the same as it ought to be
in the days to come. It seems just a day or two, when we started together,
lending our academics to you. But you highly over grossed our expectations by
enriching and grooming us so much in these years that we had a lot more in us
at the end, than we had previously believed. Ours was much more than a standard
student-teacher relation; it was an emotional attachment that we believe will
last for what we call a lifetime. In return, we could only try to give you a little
happiness, a smile, gleaming eyes with a sense of pride when you look back at
us; Hope we didn’t fail in accomplishing that. We, with our truest hearts pray
God, may he grant all that you desire for, all that you dream for, all that
needs to happen for you to lead a life full of happiness, good health and loads
of wealth; that infectious smile too. And one last, very last thing – We will
miss you.
Yours adored,
Students.
