I am no health expert neither do I know much about dermatology but I am surely aware of the basic natural and simple skin care tips that I can share with all of you.

I am sticking with my skin care philosophy with what we look outside is the result of what we are inside. Eating healthy and maintaining a balanced diet has its own extraordinary benefits. Besides keeping us fit it also shows up on our face when we follow a good diet and avoid junk food. Junk food has serious health woes and most of us are well aware of it. So, for a healthy, radiant skin, eat healthy and avoid junk food.
The sun is harmful - only sometimes though
The ultra violet rays of the sun can affect our skin and cause it to tan. We must protect ourselves from it. It is advisable not to go out in sun without covering most part of our skin or else using a sun screen would be a good option. But when we let our skin vulnerable to the sun, it harms us and we definitely must protect ourselves from it.
